Quit telling people to blow out their dusty desktops with a leaf blower, I just watched a guy kill his in 10 seconds
I was at my buddy's place in Mesa helping him clean out his 6 year old tower and he pulls out this gas leaf blower because some video said it was faster than canned air. First pull he hits the fans so hard they spin backwards and I hear this tiny crack, then the thing won't post at all. Those fans are meant to spin one way and forcing them the other way sends power back into the board and fries stuff. A $4 can of air or even a $15 electric duster does the job without wrecking anything. Anyone else seen someone wreck a build trying to save a few bucks on cleaning supplies?
