Shoutout to the knee kicker I almost threw in the dumpster behind the shop in Gary
Bought a used knee kicker for $40 off a guy in Gary two winters back and it felt like a chunk of junk, stiff and off balance. My old one broke on a 300 yard stretch job off Route 41 so I dug it out and it actually laid cleaner seams than my $200 one ever did. Turns out the guy had greased it up and replaced the pad before he sold it, and the stiffness was just the new pad breaking in. Been my main kicker since, six jobs in and no problems. Has anyone else picked up a cheap used tool that turned out better than the pricey one?
