A client in Phoenix told me my seams were too obvious and I had to listen
He pointed at a seam in his living room and said, 'I can see that line from across the room, it looks like a road map.' I realized I was rushing the final tuck and not spending enough time on the power stretcher. Now I always do a second pass with the knee kicker and check from every angle, even if it adds twenty minutes. Has anyone else had a client call them out on something that made you change your routine?

Honestly that's a good wake-up call. Makes me wonder if you ever went back to check your older jobs after that, just to see if you missed other spots.

The "went back to check your older jobs" thing hits home. I once spent a whole weekend re-reading emails I sent from a job I left two years prior, just cringing at the typos. Found a really bad one to a client where I wrote "ducking" instead of, well, you know.
