Why does nobody talk about the old trim guy in Tulsa who told me to quit sanding my joints
He said a snug cut off the saw beats a sloppy one you try to fix with paper, and I tested it on 40 feet of baseboard in a garage last month with zero callbacks. Now I want to know, are you guys cutting tight and leaving it, or still hitting every seam with 220?
Does your blade leave a clean enough edge that you can just glue and go? I stopped sanding seams years ago once I started backing up my cuts with a scrap piece to kill tearout, saves a ton of time.
