Overheard a supplier say engineered lumber prices are about to jump hard

I was picking up plywood at the lumber yard in Columbus yesterday and heard the counter guy tell a contractor that OSB and LVL beams are getting a 15% price hike next month due to mill slowdowns. That hit me because I just priced a basement remodel for a client at the old rates, and if I don't lock in materials this week, my bid is toast. I called my rep this morning and he confirmed the rumor, said to expect shortages on 2x10s and 4x4 posts too. So I'm scrambling to order everything for the next 6 weeks of jobs before Friday. Anyone else getting squeezed by supplier price changes right now, or is it just the Ohio market moving this fast?
