Took me 4 months to finally pass my OSHA 30 test

Kept putting off studying because work was busy, then failed my first try by 2 points and had to wait 3 weeks to retake. Finally passed last week and it feels good to have that card in my wallet. Any of you guys got tips for getting crew members through the course faster?
