Took me 3 months to figure out why my invoices kept bouncing back

I started sending invoices through a new online system back in April, and kept getting emails from clients saying they never got them... turned out the system was flagging my spreadsheet attachments as spam. Anyone else run into a simple fix that just ate up way too much of your time?

Your email signature had a broken link, not the attachment." That happened to me before, and it was a pain to sort out because the person kept insisting the file was corrupted. Turns out their signature linked to some old company page that redirected to a 404 error. What worked for me was sending a screenshot showing exactly where the link was and what it pulled up. Made it real clear it was a website issue, not a file issue. After that, they checked their signature settings and found the broken URL.
