Took a $15k pay cut for a better manager, best move I ever made

Last May I left a job in Austin where the boss screamed at people in meetings almost daily. My new role pays less but my manager actually gives feedback that makes sense and schedules one on ones like a normal person. Has anyone else swapped money for a decent boss and found it worth it in the long run?
