Rant: Used to print every email for filing, now I just archive them

Back when I worked at a law office in Phoenix, I had this whole system where I'd print out every single email and file it in color-coded folders. Took me about 45 minutes a day just to sort through the paper. Last year I switched to a digital inbox zero method and now I archive or delete everything in under 10 minutes. Has anyone else ditched a paper system for digital and actually saved time?

Glad I'm not the only one who switched.

The "glad I'm not the only one" part hits home. But honestly, I think most people miss how much the quality of your internet connection matters when making the switch.
