Question about the worst week I ever had at a construction firm
Last spring I started a 2-week gig fixing up a old library downtown, and by day 3 the project manager changed the floor plan on me twice without telling anyone. My crew had to tear out 40 feet of framing we just put in, and the supplier delivered the wrong windows that same afternoon. Do you push through and make it work, or do you speak up and risk slowing things down more?

Oh man that sounds like a total nightmare! I had something similar happen when I was helping a friend flip a house last summer, we spent a whole day putting up drywall in a bathroom only to find out the homeowner decided last minute she wanted tile instead. We just pushed through and fixed it but it sucked the whole time.

Hold up, the homeowner didn't tell you before you hung the drywall?
