Overheard my manager say our training budget was cut to zero for next quarter

How are we supposed to keep up with new software when they won't spend a dime on us, and has anyone else's company just given up on developing their people like this?

My buddy's company pulled the same stunt last year. They told everyone to just "learn on the job" and then got mad when nobody knew how to use the new CRM system.

Have you noticed how companies always expect people to just magically know things without any real training or support? It's like they think buying the software is the only step.
