My own laptop crashed mid-zoom interview and I had to improvise
Last Thursday I was on a job interview for a project manager role and right when they asked about my biggest weakness, my laptop screen went black. Just died, no warning, battery was at 60% I guess. I ended up finishing the interview on my phone while sitting on my kitchen floor because the Wi-Fi was better there. Somehow they still called me back for a second round, but man I was sweating bullets. Has anyone else had tech fail them at the worst possible moment during a career thing?

Wait, 60% battery and it just died? That's wild, mine usually gives me like 20 minutes of warning before it does something like that. I mean, good on you for pulling through with the phone and the kitchen floor though, that takes some serious improv skills.
