My boss said my 2 week notice was 'bad timing' and now I'm questioning everything
Had a talk with my manager on Tuesday after I put in my notice for a role paying 15k more. He didn't try to counter, just said "this is really bad timing for the team." Like okay?? I've been here 4 years and covered for 3 different people who left. Nobody called that bad timing when they dipped. It hit different because it made me realize loyalty is just a one way street for them. They'll never see you as more than a resource. Anyone else get guilt tripped on the way out and start doubting if they made the right call?

Bad timing for them means missed coverage, not missed you, so take the money and don't look back.
