Just hit 100 rejections on my job applications and it felt like a win

I kept a spreadsheet after getting laid off from my marketing job in Denver last fall. When the counter hit 100 'no's' or ghostings, I realized I'd built a thick skin and a much better pitch. Now I'm curious, has anyone else found a weird number that actually helped them push forward?

Just call it your rejection trophy case.

Honestly, I get the mindset, but calling it a win feels a bit off. A hundred rejections is brutal, full stop. It's more like you survived a hundred punches and learned how to block. The win is the thicker skin and better pitch you built, not the pile of no's itself. That's a key difference, you know? What was the one change you made to your pitch after like, rejection number fifty?
