Stored my truck on grass for 6 months in Spokane and the frame paid for it

Moved it onto a $60 gravel pad with a tarp underneath and the rust stopped spreading almost right away. Anyone else learn this the hard way, or am I the last guy to figure out grass is the worst place to park something for winter?
