My camp pillow fix for neck pain helped a lot
I used to wake up with a stiff neck every morning in the woods. I started using a proper camp pillow and now I sleep better. What small gear item has improved your camping comfort?

Why did I think a rolled-up towel was a good pillow substitute for years? My neck still hurts just thinking about it. I finally caved and bought a small foam pillow that packs flat. It weighs nothing and makes such a difference in how I sleep on the ground.
