Hit 50 nights in my hammock this year and saw something weird

I counted up my camp nights and hit 50 this season using just my hammock setup. Last trip at Shenandoah I noticed my suspension straps had wear marks I'd never seen before after about 30 nights of use. That got me checking the weight rating on my bug net too - turns out it was only good for 200 pounds and I'm pushing 220. Has anyone else found hidden limits on their gear after a bunch of trips?

Read somewhere that the limit is more about the pole structure than the net itself... big guys leaning on it could snap the whole thing. Guess they gotta cover their liability somehow @valwest. Not sure how many people over 200 are trying to sleep in a bug net anyway.
