Vent: Wasted 3 hours on a bad crimper that stripped my coax instead of clamping

Picked up a cheap crimper from a discount tool bin last week. Looked fine but after about 10 crimps it started chewing up the connector ends. Ended up redoing 8 terminations and still had signal loss on two of them. Lost a whole afternoon and had to borrow a buddy's Klein to finish. Anyone else have a tool that just wrecked your day like that?

A guy on YouTube warned about those same bin crimpers.

The bin master brand ones are the only ones that worked for me after trying three different cheap ones. Those random Amazon crimpers just bent the metal instead of actually cutting and crimping clean. Spent the extra few bucks and never looked back, they paid for themselves in one job.
