Had a talk with a client in Denver that changed how I see my own work
She was an older lady who watched me run a new line to her living room and said, 'You know, you're not just giving me more channels. You're giving my grandkids a way to see me on video calls.' I'd never thought of the job that way before, just as pulling cable and hooking up boxes. Anyone else have a moment where a customer made you see your daily work in a new light?

You think that's wild? How do you handle your video calls then, just hope for the best? My old line would drop packets like crazy and make me look like a frozen potato.
