Serious question, how do you hide 8 feet of router and TV wires in a rented apartment?

Last month I moved into a 650 square foot place in Boise and the only spot for the router is right under the TV, so now there's a giant knot of cables hanging down the wall. My landlord said no drilling, which killed my plan to run everything inside the wall. I tried those stick on clips but they popped off in two days when it got warm in here. So far zip tying everything into one fat bundle and shoving it behind a $12 plastic raceway from the hardware store is the best I've got, but it still looks lumpy. What are you all doing when you can't put holes in the wall?
