My landlord saw 11 cords behind my TV and just stared at me for like 10 seconds
Last Saturday my landlord came by to check a leak in my apartment in Columbus and I forgot to tidy the mess behind my TV, so he just stood there looking at this giant knot of 11 cords for a solid 10 seconds without saying a word. Then he asked if I was charging a fleet of scooters back there, and honestly I almost told him yes because the pile does kind of look like it. What is the cheapest trick you guys use to tame a mess this bad, because zip ties alone are not cutting it anymore?
Man, this brings back memories of my old place where I had so many cords that my cat actually treated them like a hammock and would just chill in the middle of the pile. The trick that finally worked for me was grabbing a cheap mesh cable sleeve off Amazon for like 8 bucks and just stuffing everything inside it so it looks like one thick snake instead of a rat king. Your landlord might still stare but at least it won't look like you're running a scooter charging station anymore.
