Warning: I just counted 27 cabinets with doors hung upside down and it cost me two full days in Spokane
Heads up for anyone doing production runs with pre-hung doors, check your hinge cups before you screw anything down. I finished a 27 door kitchen in Spokane last month and realized every single top hinge was mortised on the wrong end, so the doors swung the wrong way and sat crooked. I spent two full days pulling them, filling the screw holes, and re-hanging on site, which is way worse than catching it at the bench. My supplier's jig had been flipped for a whole batch and I was the lucky one who found out. Take ten seconds on the first door of every run and mark the top edge with tape. Anyone else get burned by a flipped jig or a reversed batch like this?

Been there, now I tape the top edge and test swing before touching a single screw.
