PSA: check your glue bottle dates, I just lost 3 hours on a face frame that popped apart

Grabbed a bottle of Titebond II off the shelf last Thursday that had been sitting since spring and the joints on a maple face frame let go while I was clamping. Checked the date stamp and it was 14 months old, so now I write the open date on the cap with a sharpie. Anyone else got a trick for keeping track of which bottle is actually still good?
