Did a set of 6 maple doors in my shop last January when it was 12 degrees outside and by April every single panel had shrunk enough to show a gap at the stile, so now I'm wondering what temp and humidity you guys actually keep your shops at before you'll touch a glue up.
Wait, 12 degrees outside and you still went ahead and glued up six maple doors? That is wild to me because I would not even think about opening a bottle of glue in my shop once it drops below 40. The cold alone will slow your cure way down and maple moves like crazy anyway, so I'm not surprised every panel opened up by spring.
