Update: Negotiated repair credits after the home inspection

Just got the seller to agree to a credit for the roof issues. It feels like a huge win after worrying over the inspection report (I was up all night thinking about it). Now we can move forward with the sale.

So the roof credit is great, but did you get stuck with a list of tiny fixes too? I mean, my last inspection had a note about a loose outlet cover like that was some huge deal. Feels like they get paid by the page sometimes. At least the big stuff is handled so you can just laugh at the small stuff now.

Three pages of small things sounds overwhelming, but getting the roof credit sorted is the big win.

Was the roof the only big thing or did other stuff pop up in the inspection? My cousin's report had like three pages of small things, it was wild.
