The week our offer got accepted felt like winning the lottery
We put in a bid on a 3-bedroom in Tacoma after losing three others, and the seller said yes on Friday. Has anyone else had a good offer come through after a string of bad luck?

Oh man, I totally get that feeling. After our third offer fell through, I started wondering if the house hunt was just going to be my new full-time hobby. When the fourth one finally stuck, I almost asked the seller to pinch me because I thought I was dreaming. My realtor said I looked like a golden retriever who finally caught the tennis ball. It's crazy how much that yes can flip your whole mood around.
