Serious question, did I mess up skipping the home inspection on my $215k place in Tulsa?
Everyone screamed at me to pay for a $450 inspection but the seller let me walk the place twice with my brother who does HVAC and we caught the same stuff. Now I keep seeing posts about people finding $10k surprises, so who actually got burned by skipping one?
