Put an offer in on a tiny bungalow in Cleveland after 3 years of saving

Last Tuesday my realtor called and said they accepted my offer, which was $5,000 under asking, and now I'm sitting here staring at the keys wondering if I actually know how to handle a furnace or if I'm just fooling myself, anyone else feel like they made it to the closing table but forgot to read the instruction manual?

$5,000 under asking in this market? That's like finding a unicorn eating grass in your backyard. I'm convinced you accidentally bribed someone or the house is actually a portal to Narnia. Either way, congrats on not overpaying, seriously.

Did you check the basement for a faerie circle or something? I mean, getting money back in this market sounds like you found the one seller who actually looked at their Zillow valuation instead of adding 50 grand for "good vibes." Honestly maybe the house is haunted by a ghost that's really good at negotiating. Or you just got lucky and the seller was desperate enough to take 5k less because they needed to close by the end of the month. Either way I'd keep my mouth shut and take the win before someone at the bank realizes what happened.
