A seller's agent in Boise showed me the water heater closet and it changed how I tour houses
When we looked at a place last month, she opened the closet and pointed out a 2019 install date written in marker on the tank, then said most buyers never even peek in there. Now I check the water heater, the HVAC filter, and the breaker panel on every showing before I picture my furniture in the room. What are the small things you always check that agents never point out?
Isn't it wild how much you notice once someone points it out? I'm with you on the water heater, and now I always look under sinks for leaks and check for water marks on ceilings.
