Four winters on a $90 pair is solid but the real trick is what you do in month one. I learned this the hard way with a pair of Red Wings back in 2019, the leather needs to break in to YOUR foot, not the other way around. Wear them around the house for a week before you ever take them outside, and hit the seams with mink oil while the leather is still warm from your feet. Also grab a second pair of insoles now, because the stock ones flatten out around year two and a fresh insert makes old boots feel new again. Rotate them with another pair if you can, boots need a full day to dry out or the leather breaks down from the inside. Treat them right and you should get another three or four winters out of them, easy.
