Vent: The aging room at my corner butcher shop got a total makeover
Walked into Pete's Butchery this morning. They completely redid their dry-aging space. Added new racks and a better cooling system. The brisket they had hanging looked amazing. Owner says it cuts drying time by a few days. Other butchers in town should stop by and see it. Really neat upgrade for our local meat scene.

Seems like more small businesses are investing in better tools lately. It's a good sign for the community when they care about the details.

Is it really about caring for details though? Saw a bakery last week with a tablet payment system so fancy the owner spent ten minutes trying to find the on button. Love the effort, @flores.jana, but sometimes it feels like they just bought the shiniest thing without a manual. My barber still uses the same clippers from 2005 and gives the best cut in town. Maybe the best tool is just the one you actually know how to use.
