Hot take: I called cloud phone systems a money pit for years, then we ran the numbers on our 14 lines in Columbus
We were paying $412 a month for 14 desk lines with one bad long distance plan, and moving to a hosted setup cut it to $180 with call routing we could change ourselves, so now I want to know if anyone here has had the opposite happen and gone back to a regular phone company.
