DAE remember thinking faster internet was all about downloads until a client call showed me I was wrong
For two years I judged every business internet plan by download speed alone, which is how I ended up on a 300 Mbps line at my print shop in Boise with calls that kept freezing on Zoom. Last week a client asked me to send a 2 GB file while we were on a call and my upload crawled so slow he thought I hung up. Turns out my upload was capped at 5 Mbps the whole time and I never even looked at that number when I signed up. We do most of our work sending files out, not pulling them in, so I had it backwards. Has anyone else had an ISP plan where the upload speed was the real problem and how did you fix it?
