Why does nobody talk about indexing your collections the same way you index your tasks?
I was sitting in the parking lot after a job walkthrough on Tuesday and heard a guy on a podcast say he keeps a separate index just for quotes he likes, and it hit me I never index anything except my daily logs. So I grabbed a cheap composition book at the drugstore on 5th and started a back index for book notes, paint color formulas, and phone numbers I keep losing. Two pages in and I already pulled up a color match from March without flipping through 40 pages. Does anyone else keep more than one index going, or do you just cram it all in the front?
