Watched a guy fill a page with 30 tasks at a diner in Cleveland and it hit me why my journal never worked
I was sitting two booths over from this guy last Tuesday and he had maybe 30 tasks crammed on one page, all in tiny neat rows. I had been doing the same thing for 4 months, copying my whole to do list over every single day and wondering why I quit by week two. What tipped me off was watching him cross out 3 things and just stop, then flip the page and copy the other 27 forward again. It hit me that I was not tracking anything, I was just rewriting chores and feeling bad. So how do you all pick the 5 or 6 things that actually make the page, and what do you do with the rest?
