Rant: My fountain pen exploded in my journal last Thursday
I was setting up my new weekly spread and the cartridge just gave out, leaving a huge blue splotch across two pages. I'm trying to salvage it with some creative collage work over the stain. Anyone have a good fix for a major ink spill?

Ugh, that's the worst. My old TWSBI Eco did that in my bag once. Completely soaked the inside of my pencil case. It was full of Noodler's Baystate Blue, so it was this crazy bright stain that just would not come out. I had to throw the whole case away. The smell was awful too, like weird chemicals. I feel your pain trying to fix the journal pages.

Tell me what happened. Did the clip just snap off clean? Or did the whole cap crack? Mine got a hairline fracture near the ink window after a drop. Still works but feels fragile now.
