Pro tip: try a dot grid on the back of your grocery list and watch what happens
I started tracking my grocery spending in a tiny dot grid box in the corner of my daily spread instead of a separate budget page. In 3 weeks I went from about $210 a trip to $155, mostly because seeing the dots fill up made me put stuff back. I learned that one small habit tracker beats a whole fancy layout I never open. Has anyone else had luck squeezing a tracker into the margins instead of giving it a full page?
