My sister told me my bullet journal looked like a chore chart
We were at her place in Austin last weekend and she flipped through my journal. She said, 'Nina, this looks like a second job, not something fun.' I had a tracker for everything, even my water intake. I realized I was so focused on filling boxes that I stopped using it to actually think or plan. Now I'm trying to just use a daily log and a monthly calendar. Has anyone else scaled back and found it more useful?

Disagree completely. My trackers are the whole point. The water log stops me from getting headaches. The mood chart helped me see a bad sleep pattern. Filling the boxes is the satisfying part. It turns vague goals into real, done things.
