My neighbor saw my weekly spread and said it looked like a crime scene board

I was working on my journal at the coffee shop yesterday, and the person next to me leaned over and said, 'Whoa, are you planning a heist or something?' I had my week laid out with a bunch of color-coded arrows and sticky notes for a big project. It made me laugh, but then I thought about it. My bujo really is just a board for the 'crime' of my own messy life. Has anyone else had someone totally misread your journal setup?

Used to think my system was just organized chaos. That neighbor comment made me realize it's more like evidence of all the stuff I'm trying to keep track of.

My kitchen counter currently has three separate sticky note piles, @craig.reese. I tell myself each one is for a different project, but really it's just a monument to all the thoughts I'm scared I'll forget. What looks like a mess to someone else is actually a very fragile filing system. If a strong breeze comes through, my whole plan for the week is gone.
