Debate: Do you track habits daily or just on weekdays? I tried weekends only and got weird results

Wait until you try tracking just on holidays, really messes with your head. Weekends give you enough data to see the pattern but not so much you get overwhelmed by it.

@claire_ramirez22 nailed it with the holiday thing lol weekends give you a good middle ground. I track daily but only record the big stuff like workouts, sleep, and water intake. Weekends alone can throw you off cause your routine is totally different than the work week. Try tracking daily for a full two weeks and then look at the pattern, it's way clearer.
