Appreciation post: I thought color coding my tasks was just for looks, but it saved my butt last month.

Honestly, I was skeptical about using a full 12-color pen set for my weekly spread, thinking it was just extra work. Then during a crazy night shift, I could instantly spot my med pass times in red and my charting blocks in blue without reading a single word. Has anyone else had a simple bujo trick turn out to be way more useful than you expected?

Color coding saved me too, and @iris_green84 that energy level idea sounds smart for my rough days.

Ever try color coding by energy level instead of task type?

That energy level thing would just stress me out more lol. Seeing a bunch of low-energy tasks in one color feels like admitting defeat before the day even starts. Sticking with task types keeps things clear so I know exactly what needs doing, no matter how tired I am. It's just way more practical for actually getting stuff done.
