Spent 4 hours trying to figure out why my PC wouldn't post, turns out I forgot the CPU power cable

I triple checked RAM, GPU, everything else on the board... but that little 8-pin up in the corner just sat there unplugged the whole time. Has anyone else spent way too long hunting down something this dumb?

It's actually a 4+4 pin, not just an 8 pin.
