Built 3 PCs before realizing my PSU fan was facing the wrong way

I had this build running warm for about a year and a half, and always wondered why my GPU temps seemed high. Then a friend at a LAN party in Portland pointed out my power supply fan was pulling hot air from inside instead of fresh from the bottom panel. Has anyone else made that classic rookie move?

Classic move, we've all been there.

@schmidt.grant said classic move but I think I set a record for sheer denial. Ran my build for 18 months thinking "wow this case really does run warm I guess" while my PSU was basically running a hot air blower on my GPU the whole time. When I finally flipped it my temps dropped like 8 degrees and I felt like the biggest idiot at the LAN. Should win an award for most wasted power bill.
