Honestly shocked by how much I was spending on coffee runs
Checked my bank app and saw I dropped $87 last month just at the drive-thru. Anyone else cut out a small habit and save way more than expected?

Yeah, I read something about this called the "latte factor." It's all those small daily buys that add up. Like, my friend tracked his energy drink habit and it was over $60 a month. Makes you realize buying a cheap coffee maker pays for itself in like two weeks.

But sometimes that daily treat is what keeps you going, you know?

That "latte factor" thing is real. I was spending almost as much on bottled water and snacks from the gas station. Switched to a big pack from the grocery store and a reusable bottle. The first month I saved over fifty bucks without even trying. It feels stupid now, but you really don't notice it until you see the total.
