Just spent 3 hours trying to find a bus from Krakow to Zakopane that wasn't a total scam price. The official site is a maze!

Yeah, the official site being a maze is the real problem. I read a travel blog that said they purposefully make it hard so you give up and book a third party tour. It's not just the price, it's the fake sold out notices and weird timetables. I ended up just going to the main bus station in Krakow and buying a ticket at the counter. It was half the price of anything I saw online and took five minutes. The whole system feels designed to catch tired tourists.

Honestly it's the same with a lot of stuff now. Websites and apps feel like they're built to trick you, not help you. Tbh it just makes everything more tiring.

This whole thing is just another example of how broken basic stuff has gotten. You used to be able to just look something up online and get a straight answer. Now it feels like every website is a gauntlet of pop ups, fake timers, and prices that change if you blink. The bus ticket thing is just the transportation version of trying to buy concert tickets or book a doctor's appointment online. They've managed to make something that should be simple feel like a second job.
