Found out senior citizen bus passes in Spain are like 12 euros for a year of unlimited local travel

I was looking up how to get from Seville to Cadiz cheap and stumbled on this on the official transport site by accident. Has anyone actually used one of these as a younger person without getting called out?

Faked my way onto a senior discount once and got the stink eye from the bus driver so bad I still feel it. Not worth the 12 euros for that level of shame.

That 12 euro price tag is tempting, but getting caught is a one-way ticket to the shame express. I'd rather pay full price than have a bus driver give me the "I know what you're up to" glare for a whole year. Is that the regular price for everyone else or just for the brave souls who can pull off looking ancient?
