Scored a $40 pair of Miata seats at the Pick n Pull in Baltimore, but the rails were shot

I walked the whole yard twice before spotting them buried in a wrecked '99, and the foam is still firm under the covers. Anybody got a go-to trick for adapting factory rails to a different car without drilling new holes?
