My 1997 Civic hatch rust repair went from swiss cheese to solid after one cheap tool
Three years ago the rear wheel arches on my Civic looked like swiss cheese and I just sprayed black primer over the holes in my dad's garage in Akron. I finally bought a $28 spot weld drill bit set from Harbor Freight and cut out the bad metal instead of slapping bondo on it. Welding in fresh patches from a $40 replacement panel took two weekends but the arches are solid now and you can't tell. Next up is the rocker panel, any of you ever try panel bonding adhesive instead of welding on those?
