Stop buying chicken breast for meal prep, thighs cost $1.29 a pound at my Aldi and taste way better
I watched a guy at the Aldi on 5th spend $22 on four packs of boneless skinless breast last Tuesday while I grabbed a family pack of thighs for $6.40. Thighs don't dry out on day three, they actually soak up whatever sauce you throw on them, and I've been eating the same $1.85 per meal curry for years because of this. Why is everyone still paying double for the boring cut when the cheap one wins on taste too?
