Cheap harbor freight paint gun vs the $80 name brand, here's what 3 doors taught me
Ngl I used a $29 gun from the freight store on my 94 Civic and it laid down way smoother than the $80 one my buddy loaned me, but it clogged twice on the second door and made me wonder if saving $50 is actually worth it when you're already 6 hours into bodywork, has anyone else seen the cheap tools outperform the fancy ones or did I just get lucky with a good batch?

Clogging twice isn't luck, that's the cheap gun telling on itself.

and here I was thinking I just had bad luck twice in a row. Turns out the gun was just being honest with me the whole time. Next thing you know someone will tell me the sights being off isn't my fault either. Appreciate you breaking the news gently, casey.
